I setup connections between zwift and garmin and it’s not showing up in garmin. Already tried the disconnect reconnect via zwift website. Any other ideas on how to resolve. Thank you

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I’m scanning your server logs and noticed something odd. There’s a log in from an Apple TV noted today, but no matching log out. Are you saving-and-existing your session after each ride? The activity won’t save correctly to the Zwift server if you don’t, and in turn won’t get sent to Garmin’s server from there.
For folks Zwifting on Apple TV, iOS and Android devices, we advise you take an extra step after you save-and-exit (or trash-and-exit). That is: force-quit the Zwift game app. This manually terminates the app from running. Here’s how on tvOS.
Would you try that and let us know if things show up on both your Zwift activity feed and the Garmin Connect feed?

I have been saving the rides and they show up in zwift companion app in activity feed but not in Garmin. I just completed the steps to force quit and went to garmin connect to sync and nothing uploaded 
.
Ever since the last update every ride has gotten this screen. Some rides do save to my companion app. Others do not. Some save to Strava and others do not. Then when I try to exit the game it just sits here… any help is appreciated. I’m gonna log out of all accounts and hope that fixes things.
Are you still using Apple TV? Which model is it?
Hey Chris, I assume you are force closing Zwift after every ride?

I try to yes. Even that took forever to force close…. I just updated ATV although it was set to auto update

For some reason the support for my issue stopped and instead I was added to a thread between Chris and Paul regarding Chris’ similar issue which seems very targeted to his setup. Can you remove me from their thread and resurrection support for my Zwift to Garmin upload issues?
