Zwift Ride Zero offset

I contacted support again today and was told that they had no news about a solution. Instead, I was advised once more to contact a bike fitter.

Just seen this today - someone has answered the call!

Im ordering my Zwift Ride today, and im going to order the self-install version of the topper and give it a go.

Seach google for “Aekoya”, or its now listed on eBay as well if you search zwift ride seatpost.

Yeah man, looks like they offer +25 and +50 also. Might set up my tt position on a zwift ride.

Just seen on Ebay another Zwift Ride Zero Offset replacement for the original.

Search Ebay - Zwift Zero

Hi guys, I’m having the same problem, and while looking, I found this saddle mount on eBay with a 22mm offset, which brings the off-set to zero. Has anyone tried it yet?

I tested this during the last round of ZRL races and it was ideal for me. I’m only 74 kg though but was able to put out 1000+ watts seated with no issues

I bought it too, but I don’t believe this is a good place for 3D printed plastic.
Seller does say to only torque it to 4.5Nm which is crazy low for this application. Normally I’d expect 10-12Nm for such seatpost design to prevent the seat from tilting down when pushing hard seating forward on the nose.

I ignored the manual and torqued it to 8Nm and it cracked. Also, while it fitted into the seatpost just fine it wasn’t fully flush with it which would end up causing more stress on the bolts. Not my problem anymore.

I’m going back to original seat adaptor. Hoping Zwift finally does something about this.

Zwift I can’t believe you have made such a brilliant product only for it to be let down by not offering a zero offset seat post on the zwift ride. This is a really important function that needs addressing. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make a seatpost that has the zero offset clamp.

I have the same issues like all fo you.
I came up with a solution with my 3D-printer. Since the screws for the saddlemount were so tight I couldn’t lose them. I even destroyd the allen key. So I designed an adapter to get less setback.
I still test it (during summer I won’t be able to test a lot since I’ll ride outside).
If you like I can keep you posted.
