Hi mates,

I just received my Zwift Ride with KickR Core.

I follow the instruction to assemble but the frame move a bit at the rear… very strange… anyone had this problem ?

Additonnaly anyone got the mail address for the support ?

It sounds like you haven’t installed all of the necessary axle adapters. Can you post a photo?

Home trainer arrived with Zwift orange axe already on it … nothing to add is specified on the installation guide.
