Mine arrived on time, but I will say the packaging of the frame itself seems pretty ill thought out ā itās fairly flimsy and not particularly resistant, so I wouldnāt be too surprised if there are some delays related to it. Itās a great unit, though.
Funny you should post this. According to the Zwift fulfillment sheet - my Zwift Bike should have been arriving on the same DPD assignment as my tablet holder. Same tracking number and everything. You can imagine my surprise when just the tablet holder arrived this morning ā¦
Iāve sent Zwift CS an email (The chat just cuts you off) to try and find out where the rest of the order is (Kickr Core, Frame and Handlebars) but no response yet. Iām the same, I have a nice matt and a tablet holderā¦

Yep, the exact same as me.
I donāt mind paying for things, just donāt take my money and then go quiet, if the product is not ready to ship - tell me, thatās fine.

Iāll give it to you that itās a little harder to track the Zwift Ride delivery because it comes in different boxes, and the tracking page may look odd. Please check the steps in this article to know exactly how to track the individual shipments.

I live in Belgium and am waiting for the frame without the Wahoo Kickr to become available. I already own it. Will Zwift also distribute/sell the frame through bike shops?

lolā¦yeah - that is what has happened to me. Got the trainer and the handlebar boxes but not the frame. Tracking sez was sent back for āinspectionā. That was 6 days ago with no update since. Have opened a case with FedEx and Zwift told me had to wait until after yesterday before they could start any action. Will see what happens today - fingers crossed.
My experience has been terrible, I live in Belgium ordered the Zwift bike, received the frame, handlebars and not trainer, I contacted Zwift support and got a standard message saying they were looking into it, this went on for a few days, they eventually said they would send the trainer and dispatched another bike!! I went through the pain of contacting Zwift support who eventually sent the trainer, leaving me to sort out getting the extra bike returned.
I foolishly decided to order the tablet holder (10 days ago) this has not been delivered after making contact with Zwift support on a number of occasions, they told me the address was incorrect, its exactly the same address they delivered all the other items too!!
My experience has been painful, the only compensation offered was a 7 day free trial. The standards fall well below what I expected.

Ordered the Ride, after 2 days received the frame and the handlebars, after 4 days the tablet holder.
After over one week the Kickr Core is still missing.
Reported the missing item replying to the order email, received a first response telling that āall items had been shippedā. This is not accurate given that the given tracking number cannot be traced - item probably did not depart the warehouse.
Sent a new email, over 48 hours have passed and no response.
I start to regret having ordered this bike, clearly Zwift has severe logistic and customer support issues.
How long did it take to you for getting the complete order?
