The controller works, has been charged, but stays red. I’ve tried hard reset, companion app firmware update with no result. What next?
Contact support ASAP, so you don’t waste time troubleshooting something that may need to be replaced. If they offer you a solution that doesn’t involve replacement, please let us know what it is. As far as I know, if a reset fails, they are likely to send you a new set of controls.
