Zwift Ride Clonking noise

I set-up the Zwift Ride a couple of weeks ago, have only been able to use it a couple of times as every time I use it there’s a clonking noise with each pedal stroke which seems to be coming from the bottom bracket (right hand side). I’ve recorded and sent to Zwift but haven’t heard anything back so thought I’d see if anyone has had similar issues. It’s fine when soft pedalling but as soon as you go over 200 watts it’s pretty noisy and not rideable.

Not sure if the same issue but I had something similar with my newly setup Zwift Ride when standing and pedaling hard. The clunking was the handlebar tube hitting the inside of the frame. Tightening the allen bolt solved it.

I took it apart last night as clunking continued by just pushing down on the saddle, turned out to be the left adapter in the rear fork that the through axle goes through. Seems to be fine now but thanks for the response!

Did you change the adapter? Or how did you fix it?

I have the same issue

Hi Ben,

I just took the Thruaxle out gave the adapters a clean and put it all back together. It’s been fine but did make a few sounds on Tuesday night when I was racing.

They’ve asked me to send another video so they can review.
