Zwift return lost

I recently bought a Zwift hub one and within minutes of receiving it I started a return due to the quick release adapter being so tight it round off. Now I have dropped it to a DPD collection point and the item has physically left but has no tracking update and DPD say they haven’t received it from the collection point (have the drop off receipt). Where do I stand if DPD have lost the return I’m worried I’m going to be £550 down with no trainer. My first experience with Zwift and has left me not wanting to deal with them further
