I saw other discussions and read articles in forum where avatar is not moving. My case is slightly different though. Zwift connects to Tickt heart and milestone footpod. Heartbeats and steps are being picked up by Zwift and both are shown on Zwift screen but the avatar still does not move! I strongly believe this is a Zwift Software issue. If Zwift would not receive any information it may be Bluetooth but Zwift is showing right heartrate and stepcount while in swift. The avatar simply does not move. Any ideas? Thank you
So Zwift is showing HR and cadence, but not speed?
Can you post a pic of your pairing screen so I can see if you have everything paired correctly.
