My zwift is reading cadence speed and heart sensors but the avatar is not moving. Any suggestions?

When they are connected in the pairing screen, do the values change when you pedal? Are you connecting via BLE or ANT+?
no values are not changing. I am using the Wahoo cadence and speed. I watch for heart rate. connected through Bluetooth. It was working, stopped working yesterday.

Try to put the sensors as close as posible to the readers. I had that issue once, but moving the positions of the sensors a bit worked for me…
