Someone knows how long takes Zwif Power to upload all the activities, segments, etc…
Yesterday I signed up and I am not able to see all my stats, power, activities, last races…

That is a question for Zwiftpower. But what I have seen is things are a bit slower than normal because of the high internet load. so give it some time.
