Zwift Play - Button A failing

Hello

So I have the zwift play controllers for some time now, and latelly I’m having some issues with the right one and with the A button.

The first issue it’s in the pairing screen, sometimes I need to remove it and add it again to be correctly paired, it shows up, but it didn’t really pairs… Not a big deal.

The second one it’s the A button, most of the times it does not work at first, sometimes I need to press it a couple of times, it’s annoying because for example if I need to go to the menu or some configuration, I need to keep pressing, and sometimes it gets two buttons presses and go to the wrong option.

This happens in different computers and all the other buttons work flawless, so definitely the problem it’s in the right controller.

There’s something that I can do to check or solve this issue, or it’s an hardware problem and I need to activate the warranty?

Thanks

Well you can reset the controllers by holding down the big Z button for 30 seconds, but my guess is you need replacement controllers

Regarding the pairing issue can’t really tell, didn’t waste time on that, but the button it’s responding at first click.
What I did:
1 - Firmware update to the latest version
2 - Calibrate both controllers.

And that’s all
Thanks
