Just finished the Stage 2: Level Up Racing: BRAEk-fast Crits and Grits race at 1210AEST Grade C and was right at the end of the 10min cool down when Zwift closed with no reason from my end.
Now no ride has been recorded in Zwift.com or the Companion App, but the race is available on ZwiftPower.
I didn’t lose the internet connection or any bluetooth connection during this time. I did just have a Zwift update to V1.115.0 Build 162071 when I started and didn’t restart Zwift after the update. I am using a PC, Win 11 Pro V25H2.
I really “busted a gut” for this race and also collected a lot of bonus XP power ups over the 13 banners (includes 3 during the 10min cool down) as well as the 500XP for the 2nd stage race.
How do I get this ride credited in Zwift as well as the XP and Drops earned?
Thankfully the race portion was saved in ZwiftPower I guess.
Just checked Zwift.com and the Companion app and the race portion of the ride is there, but not the 10min of cool down riding. So I’ve lost over 600XP (two bonus XP banners + km) and the drops I accrued during that 10min.
Interestingly, the ride saved to Zwift did not update to Strava or Garmin
Just did another Race event and this time no problems. Although, I did stop the ride with 20sec to go in the cool down, just in case.
Isn’t this forum Bugs & Support?
Well this laptop is a spare I use for Zwift:
ThinkPad X1 2-in-1
Intel(R) Core™ i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz (1.99 GHz)
16.0 GB
(R) UHD Graphics 620 (128 MB)
