Zwift on new pc backup data

I am ready to install zwift on a new computer. I assume that things as rider level and Gear are stored on the internet in my zwift profile.

I have read that my personal best power settings are saved in a folder called CP. Can I backup this folder and place it on my new computers folder to restore personal bests from my old computer?

Like the Resetting Your Personal Bests guide but than to restore that data

Yes you can do that.

I would backup and copy the following: Activities, CP, Logs and Workouts.

Did restore the backup today and everything is working like it was!
