Hi I have just received my zwift bike with kickr core 2 used it for the 1st time today . I raised the seat took the screw out from behind the seat with the orange tool that came with the bike . The screw won’t go back into the frame correctly ! Now seat will only stay at lowest level ! I have took my flashlight and looked into the slot where this screw is meant to secure the seat in place and it’s not centred ! Has anybody else had this problem? Bike unusable I’m gutted . Can somebody give me suggestions what I can do to sort this out . Thanks
If you contact support they will help you. Or a bike shop will likely have a tap to get the threads sorted. Whether it’s fixable will depend on how damaged it is.
