Zwift icon not showing in Mac OS

I’ve installed Zwift app in my MacBook Air M4 but I cannot see the icon I need to launch the app.
Does anybody know how to have it visible?
Thanks

There should be a Zwift icon in the Applications folder. Drag that to the dock. If it’s not there, something went wrong with the installation.

Hey @EMANUELE

Thanks for posting in the forums. Alejandra here from Zwift.

Not seeing the Zwift icon when you’re ready to ride is definitely not the best way to start a training session! Big shoutout to @Paul_Southworth for the helpful tip—hopefully, this gets things sorted for you.

However, if you still don’t see the icon to launch Zwift, try this:

Press Cmd + Space and type “Zwift” to search for it. If it shows up, you can launch it from there.

Check your system settings to make sure nothing is preventing the app from appearing or running.

If the issue persists, try reinstalling Zwift from here.

Don’t hesitate to contact us if the issue persists after these tips. We’ll be happy to help.

Have a great day, everyone!

Thanks @Paul_Southworth
