Zwift Hub One Spotty Connection w/ Non-Zwift Apps

I am having BLE connection dropout issues when using the hub one with Garmin Edge and TrainingPeaks Virtual as the platform, but when I use Zwift it runs completely fine. I have sent logs to TrainingPeaks virtual team and they said “we took a look and found a possible bug that we will work to fix quickly, likely caused from a dropout specific to the Zwift Hub” however there has not been a confirmation or firmware update since our communication 2 weeks ago. Similarly on the Garmin Edge side, I get very frequent BLE dropouts that occur sporadically every 30 seconds to every couple of minutes. With the Zwift hub being discontinued and the last firmware update being released in 2023, I feel like the writing on the wall that this is a dying platform and I should jump ship. Has anyone experienced similar issues and found a resolution besides just using Zwift?

I’m sorry to hear that you faced many BLE disconnections during the game with the Zwift Hub, I’ll share some steps with you while you receive some updates from TrainingPeaks for example.

If the problem persists, I recommend reinstalling the game to create a new relationship between the sensors, you can follow this article for more information.
