New Zwift Hub One. Works great. Smooth and quiet. Connectivity is great (Zwiftalyzer 2.0 log viewer shows no issues at all, unlike my KICKR v1). I stripped off my dedicated bike’s brakes and derailleurs and used a chain tensioner, so the bike is pretty much maintenance-free. Since the chain line is perfect, I didn’t need those plastic cups on the freehub that are used to keep someone from physically shifting the chain off the cog. Plus those cups act like speaker cones and amplify the drive chain noise.
But taking those off exposed what looks like a design issue. There is a wide air gap exposing the bearings/pawls. Not a big deal. But over time that’ll just accumulate garage dust. Does anyone else see this gap on their Hub One?
