Wondering if anyone else is having this issue, or has figured out a fix.
I have contacted customer support about freezing issues, and have done the “fix” that they suggested (uninstall Zwift, delete it from the Program x86, Download, and Documents folders, and then reinstalled it), but I am still having the same problem. I can log in and start Zwift, but any time I choose a course, it freezes while loading the course. Customer support seems to think it’s an Internet issue, but I really don’t think that’s the case since I’m not having connection problems on any of my other devices.
I welcome any feedback or suggestions you all may have. Thanks.
