Hello Zwift community
I am very excited to get on my bike, partially because I am rehabbing a runners knee, partially because the community seems so awesome. Unfortunately, I have had a disastrous time with FedEx. I received two of the three parcels of my bike to my apartment, the third one (the frame) was out for delivery, and was then shown to be in West Virginia. I live in Columbus Ohio. I got a call two days ago from a very kind older gentlemen in Charleston WV, saying he has my bike. He told me it is too big for him to move inside as he is an older gentleman, and it is sitting in the rain. I have emailed with Zwift support, spent several hours with FedEx support. This man who has my bike also spent an hour with FedEx support, and they are denying that my bike has been delivered. Zwift seems to be waiting for FedEx to do anything, and I see no end in sight. This is one of the biggest purchases I’ve ever made, and frankly the timing of it was important to me. I really am anxious about losing fitness over this knee, and feel I deserve this product in a timely manner. Does anyone have any advice for how I can get this resolved?
