I have been using a Samsung S7 FE tablet for Zwift for the past few years and it has always worked flawlessly. Recently, it starting crashing in the middle of rides. This tablet only has 4GB of RAM, but had the RAM PLUS set to 4GB. I have turned off the RAM PLUS and disabled most unnecessary apps to free up memory. I am not sure if this has fixed the problem. I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if they were able to fix it.
I recommend contacting support and asking them to explain the reason for the crash. They can look at your game logs. Android devices with 3GB RAM are still supported so I would expect your system specs are adequate (not what I would call good but it should work).
