Zwift crashing on PC

Fyi, I just downloaded the application to my PC.  It installed, performed the 20 minute update and then crashes on login.

My PC is a Dual Core Pentium (something - runs Tacx 4 fine) with 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD.

 

Lucky for me it works with Mac also so I was able to install on my MacBook with nor problems at all…

Hi Tom,

Please submit a support ticket and we’ll look into it. Also please include the ComputerSpecs.txt and log.txt file from your Documents > Zwift > Logs folder.
