the zwift app on my w11 intel NUC crashed during Zracing stage 4. Companion app was still registering data and progress. Even chat just worked fine. The screen of my PC was frozen.
i have exported the 24h log events. Where can i upload them? are more logs required?
To have your logs analyzed you will need to contact support. You have to be persistent with the chat bot. Be sure to tell it that Zwift crashed and you want to provide logs. Carry on until it lets you open a support case. Their default answer seems to be to update your video drivers so check that first.
