I’ve had crashes 4 out of the last 5 rides. Evidently it is a widespread issue, and not centered around an iPad. Zwift should get our in front of this and notify all subscribers that there are known issues and they are working on them, but they don’t. They just collect our fees and continue to provide the same unstable platform.
Just about ready to cancel and switch to a competing platform. Not worth the frustration.
Updated to latest update of the software before TDZ stage 7…
Crashed out at the end like it always does… garbage!
Got a Zwift support email from a crash about a week ago suggesting I update to the latest version of the software… so that’s where we are. Software that doesn’t work and support with all the enthusiasm of someone who doesn’t know how to fix a problem.
I think I’m done.
Anyone any suggestions for an alternative to Zwift?
