Zwift couldn't process the membership fee

About a week ago I became a member of Zwift and gave my creditcard details. A few day’s later I recieved an email that they couldn’t process the membership fee. In order to keep biking I decided to make a PayPal account and gave those details for payment.

Now again I recieved an email that they couldn’t process my membership fee.

What am I doing wrong, the creditcard is a normal card which works and the PayPal account is also active.
