Stats within Health App is compounding workout data from Zwift. Each time the Health App receives data from Zwift, the stats are added onto one another. For example in a sixty minute ride, data is sampled in ten minute increments so the ride total distance becomes a summation of the sampled data from those intervals. So a fourteen mile ride shows as fifty or more, etc.
