Hi ios27. Updated phone with ios27 & latest campanion app. Doesn’t to open when I start a activity. Currently doing the space invader party crasher event. Thanks brett

The update to OS 27 may have reset Companion’s app permissions so it can’t “see” that you have the game app running on your network. Easiest thing is to uninstall Companion, reinstall, and when you’re prompted to grant permission for Local Network Device and Bluetooth, say yes.
Thanks removing & reinstalling fixed it. App asked for permissions. The map now pops up when I start an event. Didn’t think of that just assumed it should work. Will have to climb alp Du zwift as punishment.
I’m having the same issue since iOS/ OS update. iOS27/ macOs27. Reinstalling the app didn’t work, including a second reinstall with device restart in between - companion doesn’t appear in the list of apps which have requested permission to access the local network. In “app privacy report” it appears to and updates network activity. Zwift has local network and Bluetooth access on the Mac and continues to work perfectly. Any suggestions?
The Mac is Ethernet connected and is set up as the wifi my iPhone is connected to. Disconnecting Ethernet and connecting both devices via a separate wifi doesn’t help.
Toggling companions wifi mobile data access off doesn’t affect it so presumably it get at least some data via the phone’s wifi connection.
Will this also remedy my recent experience with the activity feed where I’ve had duplicate activities and activities that are not in time order? Thanks!
MacOS running Zwift and Android Companion app. Zwift updated on MacOS and now I can’t use the Companion App in-game. I tried deleting and reinstalling the Android app, reinstalling the Zwift app for MacOS, rebooting the Mac and Android phone, made sure permissions show Zwift with local network access.
Everything looks right, still doesn’t work. I spent like 2 hours on this today.
We’re aware of an issue that affects the initial setup of WiFi connectivity for Wahoo trainers. Please use Wahoo’s app to provision WiFi as a workaround.
