I have a problem. After deleting the companion app and reinstalled it, there is no possiblitiy to get permission for the health data. And the companion app isn’t shown in the health app.
Is the problem known?
I have the same problem. After deleting and re-installing the companion app, it is no longer in the sources under health in settings and it doesn’t ask to write data.
The reason I deleted it and re-installed it is the app was there but there were no permissions to turn on or off for reading or writing health data.
I’m having the same problem - didn’t work the first time I installed Zwift Companion, and removing/reinstalling doesn’t fix it.
