I don’t post, this is my first inquiry on forums. It seems like there have been many customers unhappy with Zwift Click. I have been using the Zwift Click and Cog successfully since I first purchased them. Recently, Click has not been functioning well. It seems to go to sleep during rides and when it wakes up it cycles through all the gears in the direction selected - either up or down - until it hits the min/max of the range. During my ride yesterday, it lost gear/resistance calibration. Then it stopped working completely. The battery still has life, but the device has died. It doesn’t light up anymore at all. I reached out to support and haven’t heard back yet. Anyone else with this issue?
I’d put a new battery in it before coming to any conclusion. If no lights then wait for support.
@Paul_Southworth - Thank you for your suggestion. While it may not have been clearly explained in my summary - I did try a replacement batter. I opened two brand new batteries, before going back and checking the original battery that I thought was dead. None of the three batteries worked and that’s when I explored the forum and learned of all these issues.
