Zwift Click not recognized

The Companion app recognized my click and let me update the firmware however, when I use the Zwift companion app to connect my Bluetooth devices to my Apple TV, it recognizes the trainer. My heart rate monitor, my pedals, the left and right play controllers, but doesn’t recognize the click. I thought initially the problem might be that I couldn’t run the play in the clicks simultaneously so I turned off the plays and I still do not see the click. It doesn’t matter if I try to connect the click directly to the Apple TV via Bluetooth or through the Companion app it never displays the click as a controller.
Do I have a defective click?

Hi @GixxerScott, Welcome to the Zwift Forums!
Fernanda here, part of the support specialist team at Zwift.

I appreciate you bringing this to our attention, lets work together to find a solution! By the description you shared it looks like your click is suffering diverting pairing, there is always the option that the Click is not working properly, but first, let’s try to find a solution by:

  1. Deleting the bluethoot cache of your Apple TV, and the iPhone running the Zwift Companion.
  2. Please, perform a reset of the game preferences on the Apple TV, following these steps:
  • Delete the Zwift app.
  • re-install Zwift from the App Store.
  • select Ride and reset your in-game preferences.
  1. Please check the battery level of the Click, you can view the battery status in the Zwift Companion app.

Once you complete these steps please try to perform the pairing of the Click once more.

Let me know how it goes!
