My new Zwift click doesn’t connect to the Zwift game

Bluetooth Devices on PC
I have:
Wahoo kickr v5
Zwift cog
I have also deleted the “Delete knowndevices.xml and prefs.xml”
Every thing is updated.

It should not be connected as a Windows Bluetooth device
I know. But I think its wierd that it connects to everything except the Zwift game.
Oh sorry I didn’t notice you said Wahoo Kickr V5. That doesn’t support virtual shifting so it won’t pair. Send it back or replace the trainer with one that supports virtual shifting.

How sure are you about that. Because Wahoo is actually selling the kickr with preinstalled zwift cog and click on their website. I just bought the new kickr from wahoo with the preinstalled zwift setup and am experiencing the same problem.
I installed Zwift on my laptop (MacBookPro) and on my Smartphone (Google Pixel 6). I also installed the zwift companion app on my smartphone.
The Kickr is found by my smartphone and by my laptop. The companion app is connecting to the zwift click and has updated the firmware. Battery status is 95%. But sadly, neither my laptop nor my smartphone are finding the zwift clic in the app. The click appears for my smartphone, if i search for bluetooth devices but it doesn’t appear in the app. I tried pairing it directly with the smartphone, but it doesn’t change anything. I deleted it again from the bluetooth list in my smartphone, cause I read that is not helpful. I tried everything. The funny thing is, that neither Zwift on my Laptop nor my Zwift on my Smartphone are finding the click. Those are two different systems (ios & android) which leaves me a bit helpless. Maybe you can help me.
My comment is about the Kickr V5 which is an older trainer that is no longer available. If you bought a new trainer with the cog and click, you do not have the V5 model.
