Hi,
Sadly, my brand new Zwift Click does not want to gear up. Despite updated firmware on all gear it does not like gearing up. When i go into game it does show gears and i can downshift but no way i can gear up. Also, despite dropping gears the resistance of the hub does not change.
Help! Tour of Watopia is not going to ride itself!

Same problem with my Zwift Click
I contacted Zwift support and they are sending me a new one. See if that is going to fix it
I’m having the same problem and it’s super frustrating. How long did it take for them to send you a new one?
I started with this issue, it seemed to fix itself and the Click works ok for a bit but then will randomly jump to gear 24.
Anyone else experienced this and managed to resolve it?
Pretty quickly to be honest. I reported end of last week and got it on Tuesday. Still to try it out. Been busy. Curious if it works 
I am having This problem with my new Zwift hub. Very frustrating. Worked ok for first two days. Then worked intermittently, sometimes refusing to change gears, other times suddenly changing up five or six gears. - usually when I was on a hill. Now it connects but won’t change gear at all. Very much spoiled my Zwift experience. Someone from support did get in touch on Friday by email but appears not to work weekends.
