Zwift click connects but doesn’t show up in display box

My Click connects on the connection page but when I start the ride it doesn’t show up in the display box and more importantly it doesn’t shift. Battery shows up as full on the connection page.

Hi @Scott_Sweeney1, welcome to the Forums! I’m Francisco from Zwift Support.

Thanks for reaching out regarding your Zwift Click not displaying in the ride or functioning for shifting, despite it showing as connected on the connection page with a full battery. I understand how this could disrupt your experience, and I’m here to help.

First, let’s ensure the Zwift Click isn’t still paired to another application, such as Zwift Companion, which could interfere with the connection. Additionally, while I see that your game version is 1.88.0 and your Zwift Companion app is updated to 3.68.3, the Zwift Click firmware appears to be version 1.0.0. In your last pairing confirmation event. According to the latest version in the forums, the most recent firmware version is 1.1.0. I recommend updating your Zwift Click firmware using this guide: “Updating Your Zwift Click Firmware”.

Finally, after the firmware update, please confirm that the virtual shifting setting is enabled in the Zwift Game settings and that the connection type is either native Bluetooth (BLEN) or the Zwift Companion Bluetooth bridge (BLEM), which is required for virtual shifting. Once the firmware is updated and settings verified, check if the issue resolves.

Let me know how it goes or if you need further assistance.support@zwift.com
