The evening of April 6th I completed stage 1 of the Zwift Camp: Breakthrough and I did not receive credit for completing the workout, nor the glasses I was supposed to have earned. I can see the activity completed in my activities list. Is there a bug? If there is, I’m hoping those that didn’t get credit are given credit and the swag.
My friend also didn’t receive their credit,So she contacted Zwift and is waiting for their response

Add me to the list. Completed workout 1 yesterday and received no credit. Group ride, no late join or missed blocks.

Looks like on the home screen got credit for the first workout, including the glasses. After completing another workout, it does not immediately register for credit nor the swag. I will check back tomorrow to see if it only updates later…. Weird.
Same here. Did stage 1 as group event yesterday and no credit.

If it doesn’t get resolved you can load the workout again and skip through all the intervals to get the credit

Interesting! I did the second stage as a solo workout yesterday and didn’t get credit. Log back in again today and still no credit unlike the first stage that seemed to have gotten caught up. This is all definitely FUBAR
