Fairly sure I’ve got it down generally accurately as most workouts I’ve done with Zwift (albeit admittedly few) are definitely challenging but doable. Which is exactly how I like it. I’ll see how it feels as it goes, and make adjustments mid ride if need be. But I definitely want to see if I can do it as is. Just will need to make sure to have a rest day before the endurance workout and definitely the test, I’m betting…
Sometimes it’s not enough. I dropped my FTP by 20w for the ones with the 45 second sprints because I know I could not maintain the required number in ERG mode. With one leg less strong than the other I cannot do anything about it. But my 20 minute power is not a problem.
All those three first workouts I just did at easy recovery pace to get the unlocks. The wheels are probably not very fast so no need to do the remaining workouts.
… but then your FTP is still inflated
I completed Stage 1 Sprint Booster on 20th Nov. And Stage 2 Sprint Test yesterday. Received an email after each to confirm both had been completed. But it says I am only 17% complete.
Any ideas? Am I missing something?
Shouldn’t the results be going to Zwiftpower of the group workout rides?
eg. somehow on my view, only 2 participants have their stats populated

I did those workouts myself, all out. And there were many ppl doing the same and going even stronger. Zwift will get their metrics if enough of us will just do it all out.
And I got my seeding bumped up… But I don’t care anymore.
I’ve completed all stages of the campaign and did not receive a single performance email. So after coming here to read more about it, it quite clearly says in the FAQ (on more than one occasion) to “make sure you’re subscribed to emails before completing the campaign”… you think that might be worth mentioning to people before they devote weeks to the campaign?
I did two stages and no emails. OTOH, I’ve got the postman’s hat so I’m subscribed. But got no emails for the Baseline stages anyways.
I just did it this morning. That is a very solid “race prep” kinda workout. Almost - but not quite - enjoyable.
Can I delete my result in some way?
I did the sprint test and had some problems with my trainer. Right before my first sprint my trainer disconnected and i needed to pause the workout to reconnect. My wattage for the first sprint was unrealisticly high with a max 900W+, with my previous max wattage in the mid 600’s. I did a calibration before the next two sprints and the result was a lot lower then the first. Is the any way to delete the result from my first test so I can take another one?
I was on Stage 3 of the baseline camp this morning, riding on my own not as part of the scheduled event. During one of the low recovery phases, I took a break to get my children on the school bus. I was off the bike for 5 minutes maximum.
I came back down to resume my ride as I had less than 10 minutes left of the 53-minute stage, and my avatar had been automatically transferred to the group event beginning at the start of the stage. When I transferred back to resume my ride in Scotland, the stage was completely lost and it restarted as a new free ride.
This automatic transfer is frustrating and should be changed to ensure people can finish the ride that they actually chose.
It would be highly appreciated if you could address this issue.
Thank you!

Pretty much my experience. Also did Stage 5 today and thought the same. Tiring, challenging, but doable. Now to tackle The Grade and be done with it. Dreading that one… Haha
This program is emblematic of one of my top frustrations with events. Time boxing parts in such a way that make the whole enterprise not worth it. I have three weeks this December that I planned to do all the workouts and tests before leaving for a two week family vacation at the end of the year but because I can’t run the tests on demand this program is effectively worthless. It is deeply frustrating to be thwarted by bad event scheduling!. I have more than enough time actual time to get everything done! Grrrr.
Just to be clear I know why Zwift is technically doing what should be a personal “test” as a race. That’s the tech they have. A realistic expectation of a personal test should not be subject to events. That should be a feature of the system. What’s being done now should be considered a workaround. My 2¢.
If you click on the Baseline card in the game you have access to all the workouts.
They’re all available to ride when you want. In the companion app they’re in the workouts section under ‘Zwift Camps: Baseline’.
The workouts are fine but what I’m interested in are the reports. They are what I’m after. That’s why I was doing the Baseline: to get a baseline for 2025. They timeboxed the tests to dates when I’m out of town. That’s the struggle. If this were logically group oriented, how this is structured would totally appropriate but this is a personal test just for me like the FTP test. It should all be on demand.
To repeat, I get why these “tests” are timeboxed. They’re actually races/group rides behind the scenes so our Zwift friends can efficiently gather the data and email out the reports to us. My point is the nature of this begs a feature update to make it more user appropriate. I should be table to test myself for myself any time like the FTP test.
You can do the tests whenever you want as well.
Just so we are all on the same page. This is what I see from tapping Zwift Camp Baseline from the Home page in Zwift Companion and trying to schedule the Sprint Test. There are no other date options. I will try everyone’s suggestions to get around this.
