Zwift Camp: Baseline [November 2024]

I get marketing emails from Zwift, and I received emails after finishing each workout and test. I just haven’t received the final rider report.

Still no final email, which is frustrating as info clearly states they can’t be regenerated… assumed system was overloaded as I completed on Jan 4th, but still nothing days later… is there any hope?

Would be nice if this program continues further, maybe as a workout program, where after starting it and finishing all rides you’d get such mail. I missed the final test due to holidays - followed by illness.

Same problem here, still waiting for final report.

Hi has anyone else had a problem in getting there Baseline Report.
I’ve done all 6 tests and finished it last Friday 3rd January.
Zwift said reports would be emailed to you 48 hrs after finishing the last test.
I’m still waiting, I’ve emailed Zwift regarding this and I’ve not heard anything from them.
My Email preferences are all up to date as I receive emails from Zwift every week about upcoming events.
I will be well cheesed off if after all the effort I’ve put in to do the Baseline tests I don’t get a report
Has anyone else had this happen to them

Finished Baseline January 3, same as you. Got the Endurance Test results email an hour after finishing, but still no Baseline Report.

Checked out my final baseline report. It notes that my weakness was endurance… I’m curious to know if the bug where the final endurance ride would register incorrectly if you did another ride immediately after was fixed or not when this was determined. It’s hard to imagine that endurance was my weakness when the endurance test was primarily slowly grinding up a hill, which is the sort of ride I have set every max average power above 10 minutes doing.

That said, my painfully grinding up a hill at low RPMs endurance is far better than my spinning fast on the flats endurance.

Just sent an email to support@zwift.com. I have completed all 3 tests, received 3 emails, never received the final report. I also suffered from the issues noted above about receiving incorrect and unrelated test result emails (it seems that got fixed). But hopefully those results didn’t replace the actual tests. And I’ve gotten plenty of zwift emails in the meantime, so I assume those settings are correct.

Its interesting how Zwift really don’t have a handle on the scale of failure here. I don’t know anyone who changed their marketing preferences after starting the event (which will be a lot as the default is off) and got the proper set of reports.

As paul says, its not that helpful anyway but it does put people off doing these things. And such a shame as the format and execution of the event, at least up until the final test, was a good job by someone in zwift.

Performance Report finally arrived :+1:

Pretty harsh to have to wait a week to be told I’m old and slow. :joy:

Yeah me too…woohooo! At least I’m a sprinter and weak at endurance. Which i knew. But i thought maybe everyone would get versatile :joy:

There are also people like me, that we’re opt-in, but never received a mail from zwift. :sob:

I got an e-mail from the support… They told me there is a bug with some users not receiving any mails. And they have mo solution to fix the problem…

I’m frustrated.

Same for me.

Apparently they can see that I did a good result but they can’t send me the report.

Frustrated too.
