I now understand the test portion of the Zwift Camp Baseline Endurance Test is beased on our best 10 minute average watts. If I pace to a best 20 minute avg watts will the game detect the FTP increase or because it’s within a group workout will it only be looking at my best 10 minute effort?
I ask because in my last last FTP test (not on The Grade) my 10 min avg was 230 and my 20 min avg was 210. For my purposes it’s not worth going for a 10 min pb because to improve my FTP I’d need to do hold a 10 min avg better than my best ever, whereas I think I have a new 20 minute average in my legs and that’s more important to me for my long term goals.
