Boxing Zwift bike and return can’t get controls to stay connected on Apple TV with new core 2 can’t figure out what happened. It’s been constantly going out. Wife has core 1 Zwift bike no issues. What’s happening.

One difference between the original Kickr Core and the Core 2 is that the newer trainer supports WiFi pairing. If your trainer is paired via WiFi, I recommend testing it with Bluetooth instead.
You should also ensure that the trainer firmware is up to date (using the Wahoo app) and that the Zwift controls have up to date firmware as well (using the Equipment menu in the Companion app).
If you contact support I expect they will suggest the same.
