Just had to issue a section 75 to Zwift, the bike package broke and the support from Zwift didn’t help at all. Very poor
How do you mean they didn’t help, we’ve seen tons of reports of them replacing faulty equipment, this sounds out of the ordinary? The support wait times can be long however, that is a normal experience unfortunately.
The AI or whatever was responding to me stopped. I did everything it asked, even asked for a call from a human … nothing. It won’t even respond. Only option now is to claim my money back. Very poor
