I’ve just started to have problems pairing my ANT+ devices with my PC.
I do happen to know the only change I made to my PC since Zwift last worked without issue so before debugging it in more depth I thought I would ask here.
Any known issues between Zwift and APC’s Powerchute software?
My ups isn’t new and has been connected via USB to my PC for years, it is just the Powerchute software that’s newly installed.

Hi Patrick,
To my knowledge, there aren’t any specific known issues that the APC Powerchute software causes interference with Zwift ANT+ connections. One surefire way to know if the software is conflicting with Zwift would be for you to uninstall it, and see if your ANT+ connections stabilize in Zwift.
I also recommend that you please submit a support ticket if you haven’t already done so, and one of our support agents will be happy to take a closer look at this matter.
Thanks for your reply, the problem hasn’t repeated since that day so, I agree, there wasn’t any interaction between Zwift & APC Powerchute.
