Hi all, I was curious if anyone else has had an issue with Zwift not recognizing a completed achievement correctly. Today I completed the Alpe du Zwift for the 27th time but I have not yet acquired the “Masochist” achievement for completing it 25 times. I don’t believe there are any specific requirements for it other than just climbing it 25 times all time. It does not mention that it has to be completed in a calendar year, or that climbing it in events\workouts don’t count, etc. I am just not sure why it’s hasn’t registered it unless there is some unwritten requirement. It’s the last achievement I need to complete all of them so I would like to knock it off the list! Thanks!, Jeff
Are you sure you’ve actually completed AdZ that many times? If you have a Strava account you might want check there to confirm.
Yes, I do have Strava and that’s how I know it is 27 times as of today’s effort.
Strava doesn’t matter since Zwift doesn’t look at Strava, so what you should check is the Routes menu in the Companion app. Pick any route that includes the Alpe KOM such as Road To Sky and tap on the segment. You will need to manually count the number of times it says you completed it. If it’s 25 or more then for sure you should contact Zwift support and ask them to give you the badge. If it’s not then something else is going on such as lost activities. Either way contacting support is a good way to go.

And it does say 27 times in total just like Strava. I will contact support.
