One thing is missing from ZA that is fixable.
If I do all 6 workouts, that is sufficient.
But I would like to go back and repeat (work on) long versions of the particular workouts most likely to help me with my particular phenotype.
If I want to work on sprinting - which workouts are most likely to be helpful?
If I want to work on anaerobic systems - medium-length interval - which workouts are most likely to be helpful?
If I want to work on aerobic (Volcano Climb) - which workouts are most likely to be helpful?
In theory, I should do one of everything, but then add more workouts focused on where I want to improve.
the phenotypes email should have included something like this.
