Zwift 3-month card not stopping payment

In February (I believe) I used an old 3 month membership card. In March I raised the question on here and on FB to why I was still charged. It appears it’s done it again for April. Can someone please sort this out. As you can see, it should still be active, as it indicates on the loader. Thanks.
