What are your thoughts on Zwift’s Couch to 5k training plan? I tried it out and ended up getting an overuse injury when they jump from 1.9 to 3.1 miles.
Was going to get my wife to do this plan as she is looking for a gentle lead into running.
Seen that it was over 4 weeks which is far too short for a beginner to 5k. Wouldn’t be surprised if others get injuries on this plan.
I have looked into many of the running plans on the platform and fear many will get overuse injuries. That particular plan is to aggressive for new runners. I find many of the running plans based on speed, which is all wrong. Best to use the platform with a plan from another training program. It maybe more work to write it out but safer in the long run.
