Zone 2 Runs

Zone 2 running to build endurance and for heart health is SUCH a common thing I am astounded that zone 2 is the only (?) zone you can’t pick when choosing a workout goal (like “Zone 2” for 45 minutes). Also, no one is going for a little stroll at 6.0km/hr. I know people have been asking for AGES for Zwift to lower their idea of “jogging” speed, but they just don’t seem to want slower runners. Sigh. Let me love you Zwift!
