Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I see you’ve also contacted my Support colleagues via email. We did a little digging into what might be happening in your case since it appears you’re returning to Zwift after a six month break. We’ve introduced several versions of the Zwift launcher app since then, and you’re using an outdated version that may be contributing to your error message.
We’d reccommend you do a complete deletion of all things related to Zwift, and a fresh install of the latest versions of the app downloaded from here. Here’s the step by step instructions. If you have any custom workouts saved, be sure to move those out of harm’s way first.
