Does anybody know of a way to see total XP’s per ride? I’m trying to reconcile if I actually received XP’s for finishing a new route.

You should be able to find that information on the Zwift Insider website.
Or are you asking to see how much XP you got during a ride? I don’t think that info is available anywhere post ride.
The only way I know (and stopped doing it after the second season…) - start new ride (no need to pair your devices), open menu, write the XP to an (Excel or whatever) sheet and subtract the last saved value, end ride without saving.
The log file contains some labels that may help. I haven’t checked how well they correlate to the game, though.
Earned XP
Starting Total XP
Starting Target XP
Ending Total XP
Ending Target XP
I always take a screen shot (F10) of the menu screen when I quit moving.
