XPs and Drops get lost after each activity

As of couple of days ago, I am having a constellation of weird events

  1. XPs reset to the beginning of LVL89 (where I am) after each activity (all earned XPs get lost)

  2. Drops earned during events reset to the level they were when this glitch started to happen

  3. I am getting DNF on races

  4. My activities don’t upload to zwiftpower

  5. I can’t see the position leaderboard on the right side of screen and the other racers and their power

  6. I still appear on segment leaderboards intra-races

Any support appreciated.

This sounds like the kind of thing that happens if you have installed Zwift on more than one device. Any chance you did that? If so, pick one and remove it from all others.

Yes, this happened after I installed it on my tablet (had done it before, but no problems). Ok, I will try this and see. Thanks
