i would always do the big climb forwards - in the direction of the UCI lap - the reverse is a brutal climb!
Thanks! All I was saying is within 13 miles round trip, only 2.6 is spent climbing, the 2.6 miles of elevation change on the way back is downhill.
That’s what I was going to do. Just select the 2018 UCI Course.
I’ll tell you all how it goes! I wasn’t planning on doing it next week or month but maybe as a big summer challenge but just wanted to announce the challenge for whatever reason (joining me, training and knowing about it so you could, just letting you know, etc)
