Workout was not credited for Cardio Crusher task

I completed a Cardio Crusher workout today. When I tried to save the ride, it failed due to connection loss and the application crashed. I restarted the app, the activity was finally uploaded but workout completion was not credited. Is there a way to fix it?

You can contact support for that. It’s not possible to apply credit for it without their assistance.

You might also ask them to check the cause of the crash. A network interruption is not a good reason to crash. If that’s what happened I would call that a bug.
