Workout mode 6 Week beginner builder Tempo mode in every week

Hi i noticed that is some is not adding up in the tempo workout (6week beginner builder)

that isn’t a recovery part between the blue zone

it’s like this

3 min @ 305 w

3 min @ 305 w

3 min @ 185 w

3 min @ 305 w

3 min @ 305 w

3 min @ 185 w

etc.
